What should I do to be mentally fit for daily life challenges?

i feel very weak during the day…due to which cant concentrate in college lass..leads to frustration and lack of confidence. i am physical ok..but mentally unprepared..what should i do?? sometimes i feel like throwing books away and kick my works in the dustbin….please help
